Caitlin McMahon
Meet Caitlin McMahon, the driving force behind Dance Mafia as its founder and director.

Passionate about inspiring the next generation and nurturing young talent led her to establish DANCE MAFIA in 2017, a testament to her dedication to cultivating a true community where dancers can grow, thrive and make their dreams a reality.
Caitlin boasts an impressive professional career spanning over 15 years. Securing her inaugural contract at the age of 18 aboard Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas marked the beginning of a remarkable trajectory, as she went on to complete four consecutive contracts with Royal Caribbean International, captivating audiences as both a dancer and featured aerialist and eventually ascending to the role of Dance Captain, exemplifying her leadership and artistry. Venturing to Asia, Europe and the UK, Caitlin showcased her talents in prestigious productions both on tour and on the West end.
Since returning to Australia in 2016, Caitlin has remained at the forefront of the performing arts scene, both as a dancer and aerialist and now as a choreographer, mentor and talent manager. Caitlin serves her students whole heartedly and is invested every dancer’s unique journey.
